Little Green Dress

I bought this little green dress for Estelle to wear for Christmas, but it has also turned into her Easter dress this year. Here she is all dressed up, looking so big to me.

And here she is napping it out like a champ.

Estelle also wore this same dress for Christmas

Here she is in the same dress at 3 weeks old. I think its so much fun to see her really fill out that dress now and see just how much she's grown in the past 4 months!

Girls Night

I have been lucky enough to have a weekly girls night with my friends Jennie and Libby for the past 5+ years. Sometimes other friends will join us too, but it has always been the three of us. We rotate whose house we go to and we try to cook something healthy. It's been a fun way to spend time together without breaking the bank. Libby had her first daughter 4 1/2 years ago and we just added her to the mix, sometimes she would join us for dinner and sometimes she would stay at home with her dad. I'm really proud of us for keeping this weekly girls night going.

Our girls night attendance has grown very fast over the past few months. Estelle was born in October, Libby's second daughter was born in January and Jennie's daughter was born just two weeks ago! I am so lucky to have such good friends going through the same experiences at the same time. Here are some pictires of the girls.

All three of our newest members lined up

Chicago Trip

Last weekend we drove up to Chicago for Keith's cousin's wedding. We left at night around her bedtime, so she slept the entire way up. Instead of bringing her pack-n-play, we decided to take her little tent as it would take up less room in the car and less room in the hotel room. I'm still amazed at how much we need to pack for her when we travel. This was also our first stay in a hotel, as all of our other trips we have stayed with family, so I haven't had to bring as much gear on past trips.

Here's her little set up under the desk all nice and tucked away.

And here's baby girl napping in her tent. It ended up working out perfectly.

Pants On My Head

Keith has always been a great hands on dad. Recently he and Estelle have been playing this fun new game after a diaper change they call "Pants on my head". It's pretty self explanatory and funny.

Here's the St Patty's Day edition

Four Month Photos

With being out of town two weekends in a row, time has gone by so fast. I was late in taking her monthly photos this time, so I'm late in posting them. I already put some on facebook, but here's the extended edition.

Here she is during our wardrobe change, trying to roll away from me.

And here she is trying to get away from me on the chair.
She is definitely getting more mobile.

Estelle's Little Voice

Estelle has become so much more vocal in the past week. Since we missed her first laughs (elicited by Davey and Malia) I wanted to capture her little voice. She's been squealing and smiling so much more. It's very fun for me and Keith. Enjoy.

Denver Trip

We traveled to Denver this past weekend for our annual ski trip. This year Keith went up to the mountains to ski with his fraternity brothers and friends while I stayed with Estelle in Denver. It was a wonderful trip as I got to spend lots of time catching up with the Wolgemuths. It was so much fun having the 4 girls together. Davey and Malia were excellent entertainers and got some huge laughs from Estelle. I just wish we had recorded it.

Here is Estelle with her boarding pass.

On our way to Denver the flight was not full, so we got to bring on her car seat. She didn't spend tons of time in it, but it was so nice to have the extra space. On the way home the flights were full, so Keith and I passed her back and forth. Overall she did amazing on the flights. We are so proud of our little traveller.

Here she is in her 'eggplant' outfit. So cute!
