Mimi & Papa

My mom and dad were able to come in for Harriet's Birthday party, which was so helpful and fun. Here is Estelle enjoying a ride from Papa.

Walking

Harriet walks everywhere. I was trying to take a video of her walking, but I had it on photo instead of video. So I ended up taking a bunch of pictures in a row and this is what I got. I thought they were pretty funny. 

Estelle's First Haircut

Estelle's hair has been getting longer and more out of control, especially first thing in the morning or after a nap. A couple of weekends ago I decided to take her to get a haircut. She did so well, which really surprised me as she barely lets me brush her hair in the morning.

Harriet's First Birthday Party

Harriet turned One year old on June 3rd and we had her birthday party this past weekend. Here's Harriet enjoying her new bubble machine. 

And here's Estelle so generously sharing her lacrosse stick with Harriet, so that she can steal the bubble machine for herself. 

Here we are getting ready to sing happy birthday to Harriet and letting her explore her little smash cake. She was not shy about getting after that cake and picked up the whole thing and started eating it while we were still singing.

I wish I had more photos of Harriet and the cake, but I ran out of memory. Lucky for me both of her grandmas were front and center taking photos, so I will have my hands on more photos soon.
